2020 IMPACT APPALACHIA TRIP OVERVIEW:
Dates: December 3-5, 2020
Price: $265*(pre-reg before Nov. 2nd) /$285 per person (Late registration; Non-refundable)
*Special group rate: For Groups of 10 or more who register before November 1st – $250 per person.
-*November 1st: Application and $50 down payment in order to get pre-reg price of $265. All applicants after Nov. 1st will pay $285, *any registrations submitted after 11:59 pm (CT) November 1st will be subject to the late registration price.
-November 15th: Late Registration deadline, Application and $50 deposit due.
-December 3rd: All remaining balance due.
The cost includes:
Lodging: December 3-5 (Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights)
Meals: Thursday, December 3 – dinner
Friday, December 4 – breakfast, lunch, dinner
Saturday, December 5 – breakfast, lunch, dinner
Sunday, December 6 – breakfast
The cost does not include:
*Transportation to and from Winchester, KY; convenient purchases, souvenirs.
*Note on Transportation: Teams will be asked to drive from the host location (Winchester, KY) to the missions sites. Fuel stipends will be provided for transportation from Winchester to the school sites.
General Trip Schedule:
Thursday: Team Arrivals, Check-in & Orientation.
Friday: Training, Travel & Set-up
Saturday: Site Programs, Travel & Debrief
*Please plan to arrive in Winchester, KY between 5-7 PM (EST), orientation begins at 7 PM (EST)
